Domain will be registered on customer email, aadhaar and address proof.
40% Payment will be taken as advance amount and 40% amount will take during project development 20% at the time of delivery of project .
Project amount is non-refundable.
Data Backup will be done at our end from time to time.
If customer fails to make payment company will shut down customers accounts without any prior notice.
For unauthorised access company will not be responsible.
For non-payments your website will show non-payment message.
Offline Data backup will be managed by client/reseller only
For financial year 23-24 and ahead AMC charges will be applicable as 25% on all the invoices
If any client/reseller violates the rules and regulations of company,company has all the rights to terminate their service account
Probuz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will make this software as per clients Requirement and Convivence . If any Fraudulent Activity Made by Client , Company (Probuz Technologies will not responsible for any such activity/activities.
Probuz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not provide any customer support or business support on watsapp only email will be considerd for support.
